About Us
EcoProtect is a new project dedicated to animal and environmental justice. We raise awareness of keyissues, support research and policy discussions, and promote practical action on campus and beyond.
What Do We Do?
Volunteers contribute to monthly newsletters and social media posts highlighting campaigns, success stories, and emerging developments. The project also reviews the pro bono work and ESG commitments of law firms and businesses, produces regular blog content on topical issues, and collaborates with organisations such as A-law and the Gallifrey Foundation on opinion pieces. We host seminars to increase student engagement with environmental and animal law, and run volunteer days at the Attenborough Nature Reserve.
